The PADI eLearning Open Water Diver Referral Course qualifies you to dive to a maximum depth of 18 metres/ 60 feet. The course is divided into two parts: your theory which you do online at home, and your practical which you complete with Tokoriki Diving.
PADI eLearning Open Water Referral Theory (at home)
Save precious vacation time by doing your theory online at home. You can sign up for your eLearning in any language you choose. Due to restricted wifi zones on Tokoriki Island, and to maximise on leisure time, we suggest that you complete your theory prior to arrival at Tokoriki Island Resort. PADI eLearning Open Water referral Course Practical (tokoriki island)
Day 1: Pool Lesson 1 and Dive 1 (Time: 2.5 hours). Watermanship skills, 10 minute tread and 200 m swim: (Time: 0.5 hours). Self Study (Time: 3 hours).
Day 2: Pool Lesson 2 & 3 (Time: 2.5 hours). Poolside Tutorial (Time: 1 hour). Dive 2 (Time: 2 hours).
Day 3: Pool Lesson 4 & 5 (Time: 1 hour). Dive 3 (Time: 2 hours). Self study (Time: 2 hours).
Day 4: Poolside Tutorial and Multiple Choice Exam (Time: 2 hours). Dive 4 (Time: 2 hours). Certification (Time: 0.5 hours).
FJD $1185 per person. Currency Exchange.

PADI Open Water Divers must be fit to dive according to the PADI Medical statement. Should you have to answer ‘yes’ to anything on this form then you will need to bring medical clearance with you to Tokoriki Island Resort. If you can answer ‘no’ to everything, then there is no legal requirement to have a medical ‘check up’.
We highly recommend that you book your PADI Instructor and PADI course scheduling prior to arrival to Tokoriki Island in order to ensure availability.
We strongly recommend that you have fully comprehensive travel medical insurance that includes scuba diving.
Please allow at least 18 hours after diving before flying.
Costs do not include a 3% administration fee if paying by credit card.
